Los Angeles Councilman Nick Pacheco, 14th District, in a effort to promote the end of gun violence, acquired 60 donated billboards from Vista Media. The red and yellow billboards went up on January 14, 2002 and it makes public the images of victims of gun violence in Los Angeles.
